Health and wellbeing is becoming more and more important as the Covid-19 crisis continues. The benefits of good physical and mental health are well known and it is key for businesses and individuals within those businesses to build some strategies into their routines during this time of change and isolation.

With this in mind Dunbartonshire Chamber have started the development of a Health & Wellbeing section as part of our #TogetherForBusiness Hub.

LETS - Mental Health Specialists

I’m Michael Byrne, the Founder and MD of LETs (Lived Experience Trauma Support) Ltd. 

At LETs we specialise in all things Mental Health. We use our own vast Lived Experience of overcoming Traumatic Events and poor Mental Health to provide a unique Training and Staff Support Service to businesses. 

At this time, perhaps more than ever, we appreciate how important it is to maintain good mental health and we’ve been inundated with requests for information on how to do so.
