Golden Jubilee Foundation Gala Day – please help us to say THANK YOU!

The Golden Jubilee Foundation - home to the Golden Jubilee National Hospital, Research Institute, Innovation Centre and the Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel - is holding a Gala Day on Sunday 2 September 2018 to celebrate the 70th Anniversary of the NHS in Scotland.

The aim of this fun-packed day is to say thank you to the local community and Golden Jubilee staff for their hard work and dedication in caring for pa tients and visitors from across Scotland. Free to attend, we are expecting more than 700 people and i t promises to be a fantastic event for all the
family!

We would be extremely grateful for any help and/or support you can give us to make our Gala Day a brilliant event for the local community and our Golden Jubilee Staff.

As the Golden Jubilee Foundation is a registered charity, we are appealing to our neighbouring friends - local stakeholders, companies and retailers - to ask if you would please support us by either:

1. Donating a raffle or a tombola prize.
2. Booking one of our mini stalls (limited number available).
3. Advertising in our 70 th Anniversary Gala Day Programme.
4. Providing other ‘in kind’ support.

With your support we are determined to say a huge thank you to our local friends, families and our staff whilst raising donations for our Innovation Fund, which includes supporting Scotland’s Heart Transplant Unit, based here at the Golden Jubilee Ho spital. In return for your support, everyone who donates a pr ize will receive a special thanks in our Gala Day Programme. The event will also be featured in our staff magazine, which reaches approximately 1800 members of staff (and their families) and we ant icipate coverage of the event in our local
media.

INFORMATION ON HOW YOU CAN HELP...

Donating a Raffle or Tombola Prize

We would be grateful for any donations from the local community and businesses that we can put
towards our raffle and tombola which will take place at the Gala Day. If you wish to donate any
items big or small please either hand in to the Golden Jubilee Conference H otel reception or
alternatively, we can make arrangements to collect any donations from you. Please contact
[email protected] if you wish to arrange for this.

Booking one of our mini stalls
We have 3 different packages available for stalls depending on the type of organisation/business and
how much involvement you would like to have with the event:

Charity Package – This would provide a complimentary stall an d include 1 clothed trestle table to
allow promotion of the charity, raise awareness and sell any merchandise to raise funds.

Individual Package – An opportunity for an independent seller to sell their own products which
would include 1 clothed trestle ta ble. There would be a fee of £50.00. Any monies made on the day
would be kept by the seller.

Corporate Package – This package offers 2 clothed trestle tables to sell products and promote the
company business and will include a half page advert in our 70 th Anniversary Gala Day Program m e .
This would cost £250.00.

We are producing a n A5 Special 70 th Anniversary Gala Day Programme. You can select
1. Half Page Landscape Advert (105 x 148) at £50
2. Full Page Portrait (210 x 148) at £90

Making a financial contribution
