Business is Booming at Strathleven House

Tenants are on the rise at Strathleven House, with all but three offices still available as well as work zones for hire.

Within Strathleven House there is a diverse mix of businesses, from accounting, architecture, commercial packaging companies through photography and media, a range of environmentalist experts to crafts, physical health, wellbeing and Engineering. All benefit from onsite conference facilities, boardrooms, breakout areas, wifi and free car parking.

Tenants have been attracted by the stunning building location and facilities and often have fantastic things to say about the building and working here, such as:

Linsey Burnett of The Mount Whistle Company said: “Strathleven House is a beautiful building, inside & out, and although it's technically in an industrial estate it feels like it's out in the countryside. The exterior & interior of the building have been restored to an exceptionally high standard and it's a lovely place to come to work. If I'm honest, as a small creative business just starting up, it wouldn't have occurred to me that Strathleven House would be a commercial property option for me but it has turned out to be perfect”.

As a member of The Dunbartonshire Chamber of Commerce, Strathleven House frequently hosts chamber events and all tenants are invited to attend free as guests.

Craig Crawford of Scottish Historic Buildings Trust said: “The Chamber events are a fantastic opportunity meet and network with other small businesses within our local communities. Each event I have attended has been exceptional, offering a unique presentation and insight in a diverse range of topics. Whether it is focusing on a Business Industrial Development Company and the roles within a community or an instructional presentation by the Police Scotland Cyber Crime division and how best to protect your business from Cyber-attacks, the chamber events offer so much to each Business.”
