NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde in partnership with Developing the Young Workforce West, recently held a Modern Apprenticeship Information Event for secondary school pupils within West Dunbartonshire.

Held at Clydebank Town Hall during Scottish Apprenticeship Week, the event provided a tremendous opportunity for young people within the local area to learn about the diverse apprenticeship pathways available across the organisation. The young people were given the opportunity to rotate around careers stalls to hear more about the roles available across a number of departments from Audiology to Healthcare Support Workers. Those who attended greatly enjoyed their experience and through this opportunity have gained a clearer understanding of the career opportunities available within the NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde and the skills and attributes which they are looking for from their applicants.
