FUNDED DIGITAL DIPLOMA

Dumbarton based Skills Development Scotland (SDS) training partner pulls local businesses into the future with a fully funded Digital Marketing qualification.
Established in 1989, the Tell Organisation has been serving the local people of Dumbarton for nearly 30 years. Over the years Tell has been instrumental in helping hundreds of businesses upskill their staff via the Modern Apprenticeship program and thousands of individuals to find gainful employment via the Employability Fund contract.
Tell is contracted by Skills Development Scotland (SDS) on two contracts and year on year, Tell’s SDS contracts are growing as it succeeds in placing more fully funded Modern Apprenticeships in order to bridge the skills gaps in local and national based businesses. All this whilst building on the success in West Dunbartonshire by securing more geographical areas across Scotland by helping combat unemployment levels.
The Tell Organisation, currently employ 26 staff, most of who reside within the local community.
Tell was founded by local woman Betty McCrae to support the people and businesses of West Dunbartonshire. When Betty retired Tell was taken over by two members of staff, local ladies Christine Doherty and Maureen McCann.
This is an exciting time for the Tell Organisation, Dumbarton and Scotland. A person’s career in the future is forefront to our aims and ambitions as is assisting businesses to capitalise on their strengths and to help them grow their market share. As the Digital Marketing diploma gathers momentum and further attention, so too do expectations of the interest the Diploma will attract, and the potential opportunities for local businesses to upskill their workforce in a discipline relevant to helping their brand and business grow.
